 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
 Check in 3:00  p.m.    Check out  10:00  a.m.

  $175.00 cleaning fee (required)
  $450.00 refundable security deposit*

* security deposit  will guarantee your reservation  and must be received before your  
  requested dates can be entered on the calendar

* If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of reserved date DURING HIGH SEASON   
  security deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

* If reservation is cancelled within 14 days of reserved date DURING LOW SEASON
  half of security deposit  will be refunded.

   Payment in full (including  security deposit and cleaning fee) must be received
   30 days prior to  CHECK IN  

* Security deposit will be refunded after house is cleaned and checked for  damage
* NO PETS and NO SMOKING  anywhere on the property.  Failure to honor this request
will result in loss of security deposit.

HIGH SEASON RATES $450.00 PER NIGHT

EXTRAS ADDED AT YOUR REQUEST:
$150.00 retainer fee for private chef - must book a minimum of 3 meals.
Additional fees determined by menu choices
$25.00 per hour for daily housekeeping
